Great appetite suppressant
Works well. Helps me with afternoon slump and carrying me over until my fasting window opens. Haven’t noticed any weight loss yet because it has only been a week but it does seem to curb the appetite and I was pleasantly surprised with the quantity/price. It tastes good too. I will definitely buy this again

Favorite drink mix ever! I started drinking about 1 of these a day a few months ago. It tastes amazing. I used to drink about 3 cups of coffee a day to stay awake and my friend introduced me to this drink. Ever since, I have had no caffeine crash and also do not feel jittery. It also curbs my appetite a little. My favorite thing to do is mix this with my creatine powder every day around lunch time. By the afternoon, I am all ready to work out and I don't feel like eating as much for dinner due to the appetite suppressant. The ingredients are pretty natural as well.

Do not waste your money on this.
This product immediately gives me a nasty headache the two times I attempted to take it. It's also the only energy supplement I've ever taken that has a potential lead exposure warning. It only has 110 mg of caffeine and it makes you feel like you drank black coffee on an empty stomach, not in a jittery sense but in a you'll just generally feel like garbage until it wears off.

EXCELLENT APPETITE SUPPRESSANT!
July 2026 This stuff really works great I literally just purchased it. It came in yesterda. This morning I used it as a pre-workout before I started cycling. Got back home …was not hungry. Waited until about noon to eat. Took it one more time 15 minutes before my main meal at noon, chugged it down with only about 8 ounces of water ate my meal and I am not hungry at all I feel full. I have been having issues snacking repeatedly throughout the day and at night it was just horrible! If I tried to fast I couldn’t fast because I was so busy trying to find another snack. I am very good at making sure I eat protein and fiber, but still the snacking had just gotten way out of hand and I don’t know why. Just ordered another box. The stuff is terrific. Buy it! I wish the price was lower as I may have to do two packets per day, but you gotta do what you Gotta do lol
