I would recommend this product but hope that others find it less awkward than me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective bit very hard to put on without help *by L***2 on 6 December 2019* This comes presented really nicely in a box and seems better quality than some....and once it is on and in position and tightened correctly, it feels effective, and the padded areas under the arms are really comfy. But...its so hard to put on and secure yourself. The straps that you have to use to tighten it are velcro so that they stick, but as you're putting the support on, the straps keep sticking to the back of the support....and then its impossible to free them by yourself without taking it off and starting again.
