Wish I had known about this years ago!
Ponaris is truly wonderful. It’s has very pleasant odor and really moisturizes my sinuses. The drops are very effective at coating the sinuses. I open a small alcohol wipe to wipe the dropper down prior before putting it back in the bottle. My ENT Dr recommended it. My only complaint is they were sent in a bubble mailers both and the boxes were damaged.

An effective nasal product
This product really works for me. It was recommended to me by an ENT years ago. It's especially good during dry winter months.

Great Product : Sjogren’s Patient
What you should know: this is a type of oil product delivered by dropper 1-2 drops into the nostril. If delivered correctly it will have a taste like eucalyptus. As a Sjogren’s patient, and someone with medical training, I am impressed with the product. It had no side effects and coated my nostrils for a long time. In my case, I started with a proper saline treatment to loosen mucus and blow out remaining irritants. Then the drops.

Great for Desert Dwellers
I have seasonal allergies, chronic nasal congestion, and frequent nosebleeds. Not a good combination. I've tried MANY nasal remedies over the years. I tried the saline based products such as Ayr. In a dry climate, the moisturizing effect lasts about 1 minute. Ask an ocean sailor whether salt water is moisturizing or drying. I tried nasal ointments in tubes or sticks, such as Boroleum and instaCure. The problem is getting the product back into your nasal passage where it's needed. I've even caused nosebleeds using Q-Tips. I tried oils such as NozAid and Baraka. I'm concerned about bacterial contamination of these products. Finally, I tried Ponaris. It gets back into my nose. It is refreshing and has a pleasant scent. It is not only moisturizing but also has a menthol-like effect of opening up the nasal passages. And, it contains the disinfectant iodine so I'm not worried about contamination. The only downside is that the moisturizing does not last all day, so I really need to use it at least 3 times a day, although the instructions say to use it only twice a day. *** Recommended by CaveatAmazonEmptor Dot Com (Blog + Free Amazon Shopping Alerts) ***

Give it a Try and Use My Method to Keep it Fresh
I bought this one to update my CVD19 kit. I am following the MATH protocol for prevention and early treatment. Some of the protocol feedback pointed to this product. I decided to try it. Since it has the iodine and supposed to be for dry nose problems, that I have all the time. I have ordered the 1 pack first, but couple of days after posting the review, the color changed to green, and the smell was awful, that I did not want to use. My gut was telling me that it might have been an operator error. I did not clean the dropper tube every time I used it. And what if I had touched the inside of my nose with it. You might miss that key instruction, as is way at the bottom of the instruction section. And well, who reads the instructions, huh? 😊 It helped me so much, that I wanted to give it another try, and not leave a bad review, what if it was my fault. I ordered the 2 pack. I had ordered also empty spray bottles – I was going to make iodine-water for spraying the nose, another math protocol suggestion. I used the top of one of the bottles and put it onto one of the new Ponaris bottle. Problem solved! The oil blend does not come in contact with air at all. It does not contact my nose at all. The sprayer tip can be easily wiped off without risking introducing foreign material to the solution (from Kleenex or paper) as it does if you were to wipe off the dropper before putting it inside the bottle. The oil has not changed color or smell!!! For winter and with my nose dry problems, this is priceless. Hope this helps.
