If you are avoiding gluten for non-medical reasons, I'm sure this very tasty breakfast treat is for you. But if you are allergic to gluten or gliaden, if you have celiac disease, or if you are very sensitive to gluten, you should not eat it. Although it has "Gluten Free" plastered across its label, IT ISN'T TRULY GLUTEN FREE. It is produced in a facility that processes foods with wheat and gluten in them. Furthermore, although it is certified Organic, it is NOT certified gluten free. This cereal is almost certainly contaminated with gluten. If you are avoiding gluten for medical reasons, do NOT eat this product.
