I use CPAP therapy and at times I move in my sleep causing a shift in my mask, which wakes me up. Purchased a CPAP pillow and that helped a lot, but did not keep me from moving in my sleep, switching from side to side, which again, would cause me to wake up. This blanket does minimize my movements. Based on my weight, I could have purchased a 20lb blanket, but decided on the 15lb. That is heavy enough for me. For those complaining that the blanket does not fully fit a queen sized bed, you should do your research. It is not supposed to fit like a regular blanket or bed spread. It is supposed to fit YOUR BODY. I have enclosed a photo of it on my queen sized bed.
