Being on Keto has its disadvantages. One of them is having to go without pasta. Well, no more! This product is fantastic! The fettucini twirls on your fork just like the real thing. The texture is excellent and the makeup of this product allows it to absorb the flavoring of whatever sauce you prepare it with. Although it is more chewy than the real thing, nothing else seems to come close.

I give this 0 stars. This product is awful. No taste and a rubbery texture. It was like eating wet eraser bits. It was also very expensive and the company will not give me a refund. So disappointed.

Terrible as pasta but great as pancakes!
Here's how I've made these work: After rinsing, put them in blender with a spoonful of almond flour, a little baking powder, a spoonful of egg white protein powder. Now, cook the batter you created as you would pancakes. With zero calorie Walden Farms syrup (only maple - other flavors are gross), a little butter or reduced fat margarine - and you get a plate of pancakes with zero carbs and around 50-75 calories. They turn golden brown like pancakes and inside they're sort of like grits.

Wonder Noodles are a Keto joy!
Love the rice and the spaghetti! Mixed the rice with some cauliflower rice and Mexican spices, couldn't tell the difference from regular Mexican rice! Spaghetti has great texture and flavor, as well! It's nice to have some guilt free pasta again with a similar "mouth-feel" to regular pasta!

This is not a rice substitute. I like the product just not as rice. It absorbs the flavor of what it's cooked with. It does not have any flavor on its own.

hidden carbs
the bag contains 14 ounces of noodles. There are 14 servings in the bag, Meaning a ONE ounce serving. Well this had one carb. A one ounce serving is a tablespoon full. Wish I had read the nutrition list before I paid this large amount of money for NO carb noodles. Might as well eat regular noodles at a third of the price. and just have a spoonful or two. Cant wait to see what the rice has in store for me!!! I'd yell fraud, but it was fault for not reading the label better. Seems nowadays everybody is trying some kind of scam. good luck
