The instructions are simple. It literally lightly clips on the end of your finger and reads everything in seconds. It is very accurate; has a great LED display with no need to mess around turning it off after use - it turns itself off. Came with a great neat and discreet carry case. Highly recommended.

Used this to check my SATs. Was feeling out of breath and not knowing whether to go to hospital or not. This came handy as my SATs were 97 % on air and this reassured me. It's easy to use

I am really happy with my purchase. It is easy to use, easy to read . I have only given 4 stars for accuracy because I cannot compare with another reading. First time use gives a reading in the normal range and so if it drops from that I will ring my Doctor. It is well boxed , has instructions, a lanyard and a little well made bag to hold it either on the end of the lanyard, on a belt, or in a pocket, handbag. Most importantly my GP is happy that I have it. It arrived within 24 hours of order and an accurate delivery time was given.

Neat little machine for checking blood oxygen level and heart rate. Useful for me as I suffer from asthma. Easy to use and read. Nice size and carry bag and lanyard. I have to assume it is accurate as I have nothing to compare it to. But the readings look reasonable.

Im very happy for that’s its cheap at least on double when I was checking in pharmacy, this oxymeter it’s important for us because always need to check oxigen level for grandad , it’s very easy to use , and it’s wireless, results showing lest then in 30sec , also it’s small so u can put in you pocket for mobility, fully recommend to those who really need and who’s is looking for cheaper :)

Does what it should and appears to be accurate. If you are at all worried about oxygen levels, this is a great way to give you peace of mind.

I put my index finger in to begin with and it thought my pulse was 25 with a very low spO2 %. I tried my middle finger next and it did pick up the correct pulse after a while and gave a good reading of about 97% spO2 within a minute. Next day I had more trouble finding my pulse and obtaining consistent spO2 readings, trying all different fingers. I did get it to work after persevering. It needs to pick up the pulse to get the oxygen readings. Then it occurred to me that I have cold hands and not particularly good circulation in the fingers, which often go numb at the drop of a hat in cold weather. Not a good idea to take readings in a rather cold bathroom. So I warmed my hands in hot water first, dried them, and then tried again. It worked first time, so I'm happy with it now. Worth a try if you have problems getting readings and have poor finger circulation..

Por el precio que tiene esta muy bien, y aunque fuese algo mas caro también. Trabajo en una farmacia y tomamos la tensión y saturación de oxígeno en sangre a diario, lo he comprobado con otros aparatos mas profesionales y marcan lo mismo. Precisión y exactitud. Es sencillo de usar, te lo pones en el dedo, pulsas la tecla, te mantienes parado y sentado y te da los resultados, no hay mas. Si este comentario te pareció útil dale al botón de útil.

Im Lieferumfang enthalten ist alles was man braucht: Batterien, eine kleine Tasche zur Aufbewahrung, eine Handschlaufe, eine Bedienungsanleitung (natürlich auch auf Deutsch) und das Gerät selbst. Die Bedienung ist super einfach: Batterien einlegen, auf den Finger (alternativ das Ohrläppchen) stecken und anschalten. Nach etwa 5 Sekunden bekommt man seinen Puls und den Sauerstoffgehalt des Blutes angezeigt. Da das Gerät so klein ist (etwa so groß wie eine Streichholzschachtel, nur etwas dicker) kann man es überall mit hinnehmen und so während des Sports oder zur Krankheitsüberwachung die Werte im Auge behalten.

Per quanto riguarda il funzionamento è facile e intuitivo, anche se non capisco a cosa si riferiscono i primi dati dopo l'accensione, quindi dopo l'accensione dovete aspettare che si resetta e poi incomincerà la reale misurazione che avviene dopo pochissimi secondi. Comunque è un buon prodotto da avere sempre in casa

Dopo vari utilizzi posso affermare che lo strumento funziona egregiamente e mediante comparazione sembra assolutamente affidabile. E' dotato di una robusta custodia in tessuto e di manuale d'uso anche IN LINGUA ITALIANA (wow!). La lettura corretta è possibile rilevarla dopo circa 5 secondi di funzionamento (con il dito inserito), infatti durante questo tempo lo strumento effettua calibrazioni interne per stabilizzarsi.
