I'm using this in a Vivosun Grow tent that is 36"x36"x72" It will maintain an air temperature of 104 F for roughly 1.5 hours at 75% humidity. If you wrap a packing blanket around the tent it'll maintain 115-120 F. I use this as a wet Sauna for 30 minutes a day and it is awesome. You need to be careful with the input hose. I rigged a PVC elbow pipe outlet so that it flows away from my seated position. It's a very affordable portable alternative time the EMF emitting FIR saunas. **Q: I want to use this for my nose care. Do you think there is no problem? It seems the material is plastic so I am asking** A: I am not sure what "nose care" you want to use this for. It is designed to fill a small chamber with a lot of very hot steam. When the correct time amd temp are achieved it allows you to bend wood for furniture or like I use it, for making wooden sculptural parts. If you are trying to use this like a netty pot I do not think it would work. I hooked up and found that it works great, but is kind off very warm and can only stay in my sauna tent for about 15 mins. For a larger volume if you bought two of these they could make a very nice small steam room. And what is the temprature in the box 212degrees???** A: My box is 31"L X6 1/4 W X3 1/2 T.The larger sizes I tried just did not work(too much volume I suspect) The biggest source of heat loss is the extra long,thin hose from the manufacturer.I took the hose off of the steamer and inserted a thermometer into the discharge port where it read 212* then reconnected the hose to the box/steamer and it barely got to 198*I then switched to a thicker and much shorter hose and this gave me a steady temp of 200* which is fine for bending ribs.The box does not have to be air tight,some staem should be allowed to escape for a proper flow of steam.Mine is made from plywood double wrapped in foil lined emergency blankets.I think that using pipe insulation around the hose will allow more heat to get to the box.I'll try it next time. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works Well to Bend Wood *by J***R on April 3, 2020* I just got started with wood bending when I got this unit.
