This is a great fuel additive for small engines. I use this whenever I fill my gas cans for use in my small engine equipment (mower, weedwacker, chainsaw, atv, generator, blower, etc). It displaces water and keeps the fuel fresh for a long time, they claim for up to 2 years although I never have gas that long. It also does a good job at preventing gum build up in the carberator, which helps with easy starting and smooth operation.

This is a great product as an additive for Boat gas. I have a 1999 Lund with a 1999 Johnson 2-stroke engine. I have use SeaFoam as an additive since 2009, but now use StarBright with every gas refill. The results is quick starts from the ol' motor and no problems with water in my gas. I run the boat frequently during the summer as a member of a local Bass Club and have had no problems with motor performance. I also use it when I store the boat for the winter and the motor always starts first time in the Spring. I recommend this product and believe it is the best thing for my engine and will continue to use it! Measuring out the right amount is easy with the scale imprinted on the bottle.

This is the best stuff that you can buy. It works well. I added it to all my cars that I store. The gas last 2 years or more with this stuff. I added this along with fuel Stabilizer. The storage is great. Very stable. It really is some amazing stuff to keep your gas clean from varnish.

I have been a marine technician for over 15 years and when ethanol blended fuels became the norm that is when the old stabilizers like stabil became much less effective and starting engines after winter storage became a problem due to gas gone bad and fuel system damage due to water in the fuel. The water comes from what is known as phase separation a natural occurrence in ethanol fuel. Stabil now makes marine stabilizers for this problem ( the green version ) but it is only good for one year. Startron however is good for two years and not only stabilizes fuel better but rejuvenates old fuel, also engines start Eazyer after storage. I have been using this for about 6 years or more and Love it. We have tried every brand out there including manufacturers brands and this one works the best. When you look at the price you think it is expensive until you find out that it treats more gal. of fuel per ounce than all the others, and that there is little advantage to using more than recommended. THis stuff seems to do what it claims to do. I have had problems with my Mercruiser 3.0 L - bad fuel, water in the tank etc etc (seemingly common Mercruiser woes). This has meant a costly carb re-build. Now that I have started adding this stuff engine runs smooth as silk. Even after a winter lay up (I leave my tank toped off to minimise condensation). If you have a petrol engine powered boat this is the stuff to use in your tank.

Es la clave para evitar el horroroso moco en el gasoil que te hace buenas faenas! Pon un chorrito en cada repostada, ademas de procurar no tener el depósito muy vacío, especialmente en invierno, y la diferencia es evidente. Lo llevo usando 6 años.

No recomendaria a nadie comprar este producto. Estoy muy insatisfecho con esta compra. Poco mas puedo decir sin que veten el comentario. Compradlo en cualquier otro lado y ahorrareis un buen dinero y tiempo.

The last thing you want when you're out at sea is water in your fuel, this product appears to stop that happening. I've used it for several winters when the boat has been laid up and so far I've never had an issue with fuel contamination. Personally I wouldn't take the risk of not using it. You can also use it as a regular fuel additive to keep things running along smoothly.
