The HERO you need to sit on.
I've looked at, and tried out a large number of gaming and office chairs over the years trying to find the elusive one that fits, and this is the hero that puts an end to that search. The initial impression when the box turned up was “huge” and reassuringly heavy, upon opening the box up you discover that there is no wasted space, it's not just a big box for show.Everything is very well packaged to prevent damage in transit, and as you start to unpack the parts you realise how well constructed and solid everything is, which should come as no surprise for a chair that is rated up to 180kg (about 28 stone)Building the chair was straightforward with a total of 11 bolts and two screws (a spare of each is included), and it comes with a combination allen key/cross head screwdriver that does the job so no need to hunt around for tools, and took about 30-45 minutes to assemble taking my time. The instructions suggest two people for assembly, which would certainly make it easier when putting the back on, but that is about the only point where there is any minor difficulty when assembling on your own.The instructions are clearly laid out, and printed as a glossy instruction book which is a nice touch and gives an idea of the attention to detail that has been put into the chair's design and packaging. The main frame feels solid and is made out of steel, whilst the back is supported by the spring loaded steel hinges, and the base is cast aluminium (rather than the injection moulded plastic on many cheaper chairs).Once built the Hero is a big, imposing and extremely nice looking chair, but the looks are definitely secondary to to the comfort and usability, and this is an area that Noblechairs have most definitely not overlooked. This is a chair that will offer you comfort and support even when you are over 6 foot tall, with a back that is high enough to rest your head on when you're 6'3”, making it one of the few I've seen that is comfortable to use for a long period of time and even take a nap in.The package includes a pair of cushions, one for your head/neck, and one for your lumber region allowing you to add an extra level of comfort and support where you want it.There are a large range of adjustments available to the user, not just the standard Gas lift & Seat Tilt, as in addition to those you have many other options which include. The separate seat back angle. The adjustable Lumber support.Whilst the arms have 4 areas of adjustment:Arm rest height.Arm rest in/outArm rest angleArm rest forward/backWhich allow you to set them to a position that is comfortable for how and where you want them. The seat height is adjustable between about 49cm and 57 using the gas lift, but Noblechairs also sell several different heights of gas lift unit separately ifyou need a lower chair (depending on which one you chose the seat could be lowered to ~44cm), this is a nice touch if the chair would otherwise be a little tall. All in all a chair that is not only nice looking, but extremely well thought out and well worth the money, especially if you are sat at your desk for long periods of time, be it doing work, gaming, model making, or just leaning back and watching TV.

This is best chair I have ever purchased
This is best chair I have ever purchased. Initially I though £350 was too much, however I no longer regret this.I highly recommend you check out any reviews on Youtube about this chair and have a look at the dimension of the chair to judge whether you are the right size for this chair.2 reasons why I chose this chair:1. The lumbar support. Most other gaming chairs come with a pillow which is not my preference.2. The size of the chair. The chair is very wide and the buckets seats aren’t very deep (perfect for my build). Because of the width I am able to fold my legs and sit on the chair which I occasionally do.The chair comes with two pillows. A memory foam lumbar support pillow if you do not want to use the built in one and a neck rest. They are made of a velvet/suede material and feel really soft to touch.Assembling the chair took about 40 min and was very straightforward. The instructions manual was neatly presented with large pictures and short instructions.Everything about this chair makes you feel as if you bought something expensive. The build quality of the chair is very good and the stitching details are perfect. Even the booklet provided was a glossy like the menus at a dessert shop. The bolts and screws came in a plastic cover along with an allen key which has a screw on one end, so you don’t need any other tools.

Avoid - Weak mechanism
For the first week I was pleased with the chair, very firm as others have stated, but also very comfortable. However, seven days in and the chair is now starting to show its weaknesses. The tilt mechanism has now become defective as far as I'm concerned. When locked into position, the seat and back rock by about 4-6cm. Very annoyoing, and very much like a cheap office chair. I don't expect this for something costing nearly 600 quid. Contacted Noble Chairs in Germany and they describe this as normal! So if you want a chair that rocks when you don't expect it to, then this is the chair for you!

Absolutely superb chair, fantastic build quality
I'd been looking for a new chair for a while after having several from the usual office and furniture suppliers which were always just ok and never lasted or even felt like they would lastThe chair arrived just 18 hours after delivery, I had previously tried one for comfort so knew that aspect would be greatThe box was very large and very well packed, there were far less "loose" components than you normally get, one thing I really liked was that most of the bolts were already fitted to the place where they were to go once assembled so none of the normal trying to figure which bolt/screw went whereThe only tool needed is an allen key. crosshead combo and this is provided, the entire assembly from opening box to being sat in took me around 30 mins, this was on my own and I would imagine it may be a little quicker with 2 peopleyou just need to attach 1 arm (1 is already attached) and the tilt mech, a total of just 7 allen bolts, this all then pushes onto the base, 4 bolts attach the back and then 2 screws for decorative covers and you are doneIt is an exceptionally supportive seat and suits my "cough" larger build easily, the side bolsters are really good as are the "wings" around your shoulders, these keep you in an excellent ergonomic position, I know as we always have to do ergonomic training and assessments at workThere is a lot of adjustability, height, tilt, lumbar, recline resistance and more armrest adjustments than you can shake a stick atpersonally I use mine as a home office chair and it gets at least 6 hrs use a day, other chairs have left me with lower back ache after a long period but all good with this oneIt also comes with a headrest cushion and a lumbar cushion but I have found no need to use theseWhat is really impressive is that there Is none of the usual play and looseness that I have seen with a lot of chairs, it all feels very solid, no squeaking or rockingAll in a fabulous chair that I expect to give good service for many years
