What are the ingredients?

Only buckwheat flakes. I like it. I use it as a quick breakfast for my 18 months old baby.

Can this product be used in bread recipe

I have not tried it. I only use it for porridge and like it very much. However, I am pretty sure it would work fine as an addition, though not as the main flour. Buckwheat has almost no gluten, if any, so it won't hold the bread together if used alone.

Are the buckwheat flakes ready to eat, or do they require some cooking?
