I am finding taking this olive oil twice a day to be beneficial. My muscles appear to be less taught ie I seem to be more flexible and aches have receded. Taste is good and overall feel much better for taking this product

Love this olive oil. Its high in polyphenols and taste great! It has that lovely peppery after taste in your mouth so you know its good quality. Its definitely worth the money and the quality is fab. I drink it straight off the spoon and definitely feel it has improved my skin and hair. It has helped with my aches and pains too. I even add a little to my dog's food every morning to help with her joints too.

I did a deep dive into quality EVOO's this morning and while I'd prefer to have one that was tested using LC-MS/MS I couldn't get the one I wanted and while this one is NMR tested (can apparently be 60% over valued) it is still a very high polyphenol EVOO. Even if it's values are 60% inflated it's still far higher than anything I can buy in a supermarket in the UK. I just had a tea spoon's worth and it has a real kick to it. On Sourdough it's delicious. So if you're buying EVOO for high polyphenols as a way to improve your health I don't think you can go far wrong for the price. I am however a little unsure about the pouring devices in the bottle neck. I assume the idea is to limit the flow and reduce oxygen flowing back. I understand that you should put oil in the fridge and if doing this it seems to make the oil more viscose and therefore it no longer pours out. It comes out in drips

I have been using this oil for quite a while now , my joints have improved significantly. I also think my skin looks better. I started using it after a recommendation from a friend , since then I have recommended it to many of my friends . It also has a good taste for salad dressings, I haven’t used it for cooking as it is quite expensive.

Ordered my first bottle about 4 weeks ago after watching a YouTube vid and the user saying about the benefits offered with EVOO with a high polyphenol count. It was the help in weight loss and better sleep which really caught my ear, as working shifts , being overweight, drinking too much alcohol, sleep and weight loss was what I needed help with the most. I searched the internet and this one with the 1200 polyphenol count, though expensive, seemed the best available. I started taking between 4 -6 dessert spoons a day but now have only four, two first thing in the morning and another two before I go to bed. The first few days I was still drinking alcohol but I decided if I was going to this properly and lose a few pounds, then it had to be knocked on the head, which I did and have not touched a drop, so far, since. Would this work or was it overhyped rubbish of which I have seen plenty. Four weeks in I can report the following, I am a stone lighter, down from 17-4 to 16-4. Being a poor sleeper most of my life, I am now having much better sleep and waking up so much better and feeling more refreshed. My appetite has been supressed along with the hunger pains I would suffer without eating. When I do eat, I am still enjoying the food. Is it all down to the EVOO? Probably not as I am sure stopping alcohol is also playing a part but I have stopped before and not felt as good as I do today. I cannot recommend this product enough and if like me, and suffer from any of the above, give it a try. I will be using this now for the unforeseeable and probably the rest of my life.
