Just got it, I think it's great.

This is the second phone I buy in amazon in a two week period. The first one was renewed and it came damage, I could not make phone calls or connect to the internet. Ok, it happens right? what could I say? it was used. I returned it and bought this one. Brand new. Every phone call I make drops. I have had it for over two weeks. There is nothing wrong with the service, it is the phone. I called Amazon customer service and they are not responsable for this, their answer was that they can get me a refund and I can buy another phone. Do I really want to give Amazon another chance? Is this what Amazon is about? I did not go to any webpage, I bought from Amazon, believing they work with serios companies, not with companies that try to scam me selling me damage products. To tell you that I can't even register my phone. It doesn't recognize the IMEI.

I moved from my S9 Plus to this as I wanted a less bulky phone with the same size screen, so opted for the S10. The build quality is excellent, as you would expect for the price. Setting up was really simple, as migrating from an existing Samsung phone. Although has to manually move stuff from my "Secure" part of the phone. The phone is faster and smoother than my S9+ and much lighter. I added a UAG Monarch case and Whitestone Dome Glass screen protector to it for protection, so wasn't too bothered about the colour. The camera is outstanding, but it's hard to tell the difference between this and the S9+. I do really like the "perfect shot" feature, which helps to take great pictures. As to the inbuilt fingerprint reader. To be honest, it doesn't work all the time and is particularly annoying when trying to pay by cashless contact. I would say that it works about 70% of the time, which is far from ideal Even with multiple fingerprint added. Adding the screen protector had no effect on the sensitivity of it. It is a great feature, but the failure rate is too high. Hence no 5* rating for the phone. If you have an S8 or lower, then go for it. Otherwise wait for the next model.

What a shame I can't give more than 5 stars! I upgraded from a galaxy s6 and its like stepping into a new world. At the end, my s6 needed recharing 3 or 4 times a day. The s10 lasts all day and after 16 hours of moderate/heavy use still has about 30% remaing. Stunning and surprising. I can't go into all the features of this fabulous phone but everything is so good and so slick. The screen quality is mind -blowing. I absolutely love it. I did a lot of research on an online video site and I have followed numerous tips and tricks. Transfer of data from my s6 was spectacularly easy and efficient using the Samsung app. I've had the phone for a couple of weeks now and it still makes me feel good. In my view, the only weakness lies with the included wired headphones. They work OK but the sound quality is not spectacular. If you're I just the market for a new smartphone, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend this phone.

Product is good. It's fast and works well with android 10. Battery life doesn't last as long as I expected for a 3300-3400mAh phone. Drains quickly with use, even after using medium power saving and disabling apps that run in the background. Even did a reset but no difference. After reaching out to the S10 subreddit, it seems to be affecting some Exynos models. It's a shame that the battery can only handle 1-2h screen on time, but oh well. Overall, I like it, but it really needs a software fix for the battery.

The only reason I bought this phone is its IP 68 rating. Making it water resistant to 1m deep for 30 minutes according to the manufacturer. I learnt the hard way the importance of the IP rating. Both my partner's and my former phones dropped in sea water. After retrieving them, mine looked like a rust piece of iron and never recovered. My partner's galaxy s10+ worked straight away without any issue. The galaxy s10 is a proven very resistant phone with great screen definition. Only thing that lets it down is the battery life.

I bought the product from Aimact Ltd. The product was in actual fact a modified product using Modifiers Limited. Samsung are aware that this goes on and you can get a list of modifiers that they have received samples from and have passed agreed standards BUT they do not recommend that you buy one as the firmware may not update in the future (check Samsung's website). Aimact Ltd gave me a full refund without hesitation and communication was good, however my time was wasted returning an item I was led to believe was an actual UK version when it was not and then searching again for a real one.
