Not just your average bottle of multivitamins, tips for wellbeing too.
First thoughts: At first we thought these were a little bit on the large size being capsules rather than tablets but they were fairly easy to swallow. They might be more difficult for older kids to take though. Was surprised to see a folded guide to wellbeing/healthy body and mind in there and quotes from Einstein. It covers some tips for stress, diet, exercise and keeping the mind sharp. Detail and things to note (See pictures): 60 capsules at 2/day so there’s a 30 day supply in the bottle. 22 vitamins and minerals with additional ingredients that are good for the mind and focus apparently, so this is definitely meant to be more than the usual 1-a-day vitamin. These do contain a fair amount of caffeine but I’m guessing this part of the ‘Focus’ element to these. This isn’t mentioned on the front of the box so this is worth keeping in mind if you’re sensitive to caffeine. Vegan friendly and a guide to a healthy mind in a small fold out booklet. Final thoughts: A good selection of vitamins and minerals with over 100% NVR in most of them. Increased amounts for the most common vitamins including 600% NVR for Vitamin D. No adverse issues with these and they seem to cover a wide range of supplements. Happy to recommend these if they suit your budget.

Looking after mind and body. Soul to follow later.
As I get into my mid-thirties (in body at least, I certainly don't act it), I find I'm taking every opportunity to look after myself however I can. That means watching how much I drink, and worrying about how much I eat, whilst doing nothing seriously about either. I also try out various vitamins and supplements. These have been noticeable to my mental clarity, not like the limitless stuff, but definitely noticeable. Seriously, there are no downsides to a product such as this, while the benefits are, potentially, vast.

Well, Its A MultiVit
Hmm. The truth is that taking a multivitamin is not essential and nor does it guarantee all the things on the advertising unless you don't have a balanced diet or follow a restricted diet such as a vegan one. So, if you are eating a healthy balanced diet including all the food groups chances are you get most if not all you need. Apart from vitD which is often lacking in winter in most people especially those with darker skin and the elderly as well as vegans. This is included in this multi-vit and thus a 'Good Thing.' One could argue that just in case - especially in these covid racked days - it's maybe a good idea to ensure that you do have all the vitamins you need in quantities that are not over the top and that's where I fall. I do have an overall balanced diet but figure that as I work overseas and sometimes don't get enough vegetable matter as I should I'll make sure I'm covered. This product is high quality and does cover the daily needs without taking things to the extremes. The only issue I note is that when I opened the top the smell is vaguely whiffy, maybe a tad fishy. Not much but noticeable. Overall a high quality daily vitamin tablet.

Fantastic Very Full Complex/Multi Vit
Brilliant and packed multivitamin with a focus (pun intended) on focus and concentration with lots of very well documented effective additions in here. I've taken most of the vitamins in here for a good few years but many of them separately usually or in a combination of different mini-complexes, but this is the first I've come across with so many of them in one specialist complex like this so am really happy with them. If you're not sure if this is right for you to supplement with or not then do your research properly first or consult a professional/nutritionist if unsure.
