Implausibly far-fetched
I bought these for my son as we loved the absolutely marvellous Young Samurai series of books by the same author. however we haven't managed to get beyond the first 1/3 of the first book of the Bodyguard series as it is an utterly preposterous, implausible premise and storyline.

Some parts of the story don't really make sense, but I enjoyed every single book
