Purchased for our ice cream store as a replacement for the 10 yr old receipt printers. Interface works great and foot print is the same.

Very slow and hard to get a replacement roll of the thermal paper

They're good printers, we print a lot of receipts so they only last us for a year or so.... The replacements are so expensive, that we have to throw the printers away each year and buy new ones.

Meets our needs and expectations.

Great printer for micros

The head on my SRP-350 printer of 6 years finally died on me and I used my spare printer to replace it and went online to buy another spare SRP-350 printer. I learned the SRP-350 was discontinued and the new printer is the SRP-350II. I was concerned that it would not be compatible to my system so called Bixolon's tech support. They assured me the 350ii are designed to be 'reverse compatible' to older 350 printers. Still unsure, but bought one on faith and plugged it in to my system, worked as expected. Happy about the purchase, good price. I think the original SRP-350 printer was more than $200. Later I found that another site was selling it for a better price than Amazon... 5 star for the product, and 4 star for Amazon.com.
