A good addition to for my health issues.
I have been using this product for some months now. It has helped with my blood pressure and digestion. I take 2-3 capsules a day which are easy to swallow. I make sure I don't take it on an empty stomach to help it dissolve. The price is good and this is a good quality product.

Good Company and Supplement
I take this before a Meal. It works well for digestion and inflammation. You have to be consistent and it works well with turmeric and/or Curcumin. I like Life Extension Curcumin Advanced with this product in the morning before or after eating something small.

Great for nausea
These help tamp down mild nausea in sensitive stomachs. They won’t work on legit stomach illnesses, like flu or food poisoning, but they’re great for general queasiness like mild motion sickness. I plan to bring these on a cruise along with my Sea Bands.

Great quality ginger root! NOW Foods is the best
This is a great quality ginger root capsule. I have tried cheap brands before and I used to burp the ginger taste forever, and have a horrible burning taste in my throat. Not this one! NOW Foods is natural, easy to swallow small capsules. I have taken this for a few months now, and I think it has helped my low back pain a little bit cause ginger root is an excellent anti-inflammatory. It also promotes circulation. Ginger root is also helps any stomach discomfort: indigestion, nausea, bloating, even menstrual cramps. I also buy it in the form of a tea, which is nice and soothing if you are ill and have nausea. **Update: 11/10/15** I can't live without this ginger root! I forgot to mention in my review that it helps with MIGRAINES. If I feel one coming on, I'll take 1 capsule and lay down, it will almost stop the migraine! It reduces the intensity tremendously down to manageable headache. I take 2 capsules daily which help my low back pain, and joint paint in my hands as well. Ginger root is amazing. 💜💙
