## Description

From the Back Cover

‘Everyone else just makes things sound too difficult. Look: we’ve got a goal, we’ve got as much right as anyone to succeed. Just because that boy is running around an old slag heap doesn’t mean he’s not capable of greatness. There’s no rule that says racehorses have to be owned by sheikhs and millionaires. We’re going to show them a thing or two, Howard Davies, I promise you that.’‘Watching Dream parade around in the frost, his chestnut coat appearing almost tan in the winter half-light, I wondered if I’d ever been happier.’

        		About the Author

Janet Vokes began working behind the bar in a local working men’s club in a small Welsh mining village when she fixed upon the idea of breeding a racehorse. Raising a foal named Dream Alliance on a small allotment, who went on to win the Welsh Grand National, Janet became the subject of both a film entitled Dark Horse in 2015 and her own book entitled Dream Horse. Janet is currently still breeding horses, and looking to find another champion.
