Can be used to replace the antennas of the tl-wr841n model router???

I can't tell from the Pictures if the Antennas on the tl-wr841n model router Unscrew. If they don't, the Answer is No. If they Do, then Yes. Otherwise you would have to Take it Apart and use the Cables that Came with it and find a way to Mount the Antennas. Probably not worth the Trouble.

Will this work for a deauther watch to reach 5ghz wifi?

Short answer, electrically, this will work. Longer answer, as long as your device has the correct connector, this should work. The pigtail cable it comes with has a U.FL/IPEX connector on it, and you would have to figure a way to mount the chassis mount SMA connector that the actual antenna fastens to.
