I have a yashica mat, does this work for that camera?

Yes, the film will work on the Yashica Mat. Just make sure you select the "120" film on the adjustable film pressure plateif there is a "120" or "220" option.

Will this film work for a vintage anscoflex ii? it takes 620 but i think i can sand the sides down.

You could also respool the film using 620 reels still being made. You can find them with an internet search.
