Nice compact unit with good brightness
The 3000 lumen are a great help in getting your projection to show up in a lighted room. The unit doesn't put off a lot of noise while it is operating. It does generate a good bit of heat like any of these units, so be careful where you put it while operating it. The nice feature is that it is "Wireless" through your local WiFi system. I was hoping for it to connect via Bluetooth, but it connects through WiFi. It connected quickly with either Mac or a PC. It has good focus and great focal length. While it provides good quality and color in a lighted room it gives much better quality if you project it on a "reflective" movie screen. The projector came with necessary cables, a power cord, a remote control and the CD/DVD for the software. Once you install the unit be sure to check for a software update as there is almost always an update that has come out since the unit was packaged. Also be sure and register your product to allow for the warranty to kick in if you experience any trouble. Another good Epson product.

Good value projector
This projector is fairly easy to use. Occasionally, it is a little complicated as far as having to adjust screen size. I use it for presentations and lectures and the lumens/brightness are very good even in a lit room. Overall, I think this is a very good value.

A good product! (accept for the plug and play feature and wireless functions)
This projector rivals any thousand dollar projector in brightness and clarity. Overall, it is well worth the $450!! The one thing that was a huge let down is that the plug and play feature only works if you have a FAT16/32 formatted mass storage device, it only plays .avi files, and the resolution of the video has to be less that 1200 x 800. That pretty much excludes any electronic version of every movie I own. Its not the end of the world thought because the package comes with a VGA to VGA cable so I can watch my movies from my computer. The audio on the projector is so-so. Its not meant for home entertainment so buying speakers for it is a must. Also, the wireless function are super complicated to figure out. The directions in the online pdf user manual are really terrible. I'm a tech savvy person so usually this type of stuff doesn't stump me, but I cannot figure out how to get the wireless functions to work. This part should be more simple this day and age! However, as projectors go, I like it.

EPSON 3000 lumens projector!
This was a replacement projector for our training room, we did a recent remodel and wanted to get away from the projector at the front of the tables deal. I read some of the reviews and decided this would fill the bill for us. And fill the bill it did, as it was much brighter and clearer than our old one. The colors are bright and vivid, overall we probably do not even need to close the blinds anymore. Have not tried the wireless function as of yet as it is hard wired with HDMI and VGA as well. Works really well.

Great color and functionality.
Works great. The color is great, the adjustments are easy to use, and the wireless function (with the included wireless dongle) works great. The one regret is the wireless dongle. I thought I'd be fine using the dongle in lieu of model up with built in wireless, and I am, but there's no secure place to store the dongle. Since this projector has to be portable I have to remove the dongle every time it's moved or stored. I worry I'm going to lose the dongle every time. This isn't the fault of the projector but I think if I had to do it again I'd pay the little extra and get a projector with the wireless built in.

Outstanding projector, especially for packing around all of the time.
This is one good projector! The first time I used it the Pastor told me, "you probably can't use that wall for a screen it's too dark". Well it worked like the wall was a bright white screen! Colors looked real not affected by a darker wall. I do like the feature to offset the projector some and still looks like it is dead center of the room, sometimes I have to set up "off center". The sound (for a small group) is good, louder that my new Dell laptop speakers. Being able to pack up in a hurry is useful too, not that I have to pack and run THAT fast. The quick on and off makes set up easier.

I am sure that the EX5220 projector will be perfect when I can set up the LAN connection
I am a MAC user. It is usually intuitive. I am sure that the EX5220 projector will be perfect when I can set up the LAN connection. It calls for a password that does not exist anywhere. I have been working on this for 10 hours or more because I am hard-headed. I am not computer illiterate; I have looked online, in the online manual, and because it was past the time that I could call for help, I was alone in this process. I am not giving up until Monday. The instructions are not easily separate between PC and MAC. Really confusing. I should not have to have an IT person for personal use. Maybe I should have gotten a model without wireless capabilities. I will keep trying. All research says I got the correct projector. Now, all I need is a therapist to tell me to let go and wait. Good luck.
