Review: Excellent family albums - I love these albums. The pages are large so you can group together 5 pictures per page, and 10 per spread. I like that there are vertical and horizontal slots on each page. I buy a new one every January and put together all the photos from the previous year. I set some of these out at our wedding for people to look through. They are handsome, sturdy, and durable. I also like that there's space on the binding to write the year. I bought a metallic paint pen and it shows up great against the black. These are heirloom quality. I expect to buy them for years. Review: Perfect for a "Mama-razzi" who needs a ton of picture slots!! :) - If you are a "Mama-razzi" this photo album is perfect for you! I take sooooo many pictures of my kids, especially in their first few years of life, and I take advantage of Shutterfly's free prints every time they have that offer...So I needed a HUGE photo album, this one is perfect. It's durable, and has 5 picture slots per page (3 horizontal and 2 vertical), and a place to write a comment beside every picture, which is a feature I love!! It took me ages to fill it up and fill out all of the captions, but after a lot of late night sessions it's all done and now I need another one ;). If I could change anything about this photo album it would be that I wish the plastic that holds the photo down had one open end to put the picture in and one closed end so the picture wouldn't ever poke out the other side. Other than that, which isn't a big issue, I love it! ## Features - High capacity photo album holds 500 photos up to 4"x6" - Beige fabric cover with black sewn leatherette trim and a deluxe raised rounded bookbound spine - Each page has 5 pockets to holds 3 horizontal and 2 vertical photos - Optically clear pockets with a beige paper background and memo writing area next to each pocket - Archival, photo safe: acid, lignin and PVC free ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B002FXJ5T2 | | Best Sellers Rank | #374,482 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #453 in Bookshelf Photo Albums | | Brand | Pioneer Photo Albums | | Brand Name | Pioneer Photo Albums | | Capacity | 500 photos | | Color | Black and Beige | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 1,309 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00023602622500 | | Included Components | Pioneer 5-Up High Capacity Photo Album 12"X12" - Black & Beige | | Item Shape | Rectangular | | Item Type Name | Pioneer 5-Up High Capacity Photo Album 12"X12" - Black & Beige | | Item Weight | 16 ounces | | Manufacturer | PIONEER PHOTO ALBUMS, INC. | | Manufacturer Part Number | 622500 | | Material | Fabric | | Material Type | Fabric | | Model Number | 622500 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Paper Size | 4x6 inches | | Sheet Size | 4x6 inches | | Supported Paper Sizes | 4 x 6 inches | | UPC | 885712780989 887533178778 885233348781 885297648735 023602622500 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | Lifetime warranty. | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Pioneer Photo Albums - **Capacity:** 500 photos - **Color:** Black and Beige - **Material:** Fabric - **Sheet Size:** 4x6 inches ## Images ![Pioneer Photo Albums 622500 High Capacity Photo Album, 500 Memo Pockets, Black and Beige - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Cdi8+hR0L.jpg) ![Pioneer Photo Albums 622500 High Capacity Photo Album, 500 Memo Pockets, Black and Beige - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81ReBBuVG2L.jpg) ![Pioneer Photo Albums 622500 High Capacity Photo Album, 500 Memo Pockets, Black and Beige - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Swn3+AQhL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: I would like to know the exact page layout for the pictures.** A: Linda, Each page has five pockets. Two pockets are placed portrait-style and three are landscape-style. The two portrait (vertical) pockets align with the outside edge of the page. The top outside pocket has its top edge at the top edge of the page and the bottom pocket has its bottom edge at the bottom of the page. The three landscape (horizontal) pockets are on the inside edge of the page. If the page is on your left, the right edges of these three pockets align with the gutter (center) of the album. If the page is on your right, the left edges of these three pockets align with the gutter. With the album opened, you will have six landscape/horizontal pictures in the center flanking the gutter and the four portrait/vertical pictures on the outside edges. One lined column where you can write notes separates the vertical pictures from the horizontal pictures. It runs from the top of the page to the bottom. I hope this makes sense. I would be happy to send you a photo. Linda **Q: is there enough space to write comments next to every picture?** A: Yes, there is space to write notes. There are slots for 3 horizontal photos(4x6 in) on the left and 2 vertical photos on the right. There are lines in the middle from top to bottom of page for notes. **Q: Is there a pocket in the album to hold a CD?** A: There is no pocket for a CD, however, you could improvise something. There is a plastic cover that protects the album and it comes off easily enough. You could always slip a CD in there. **Q: hello there, are the inside of the front cover and back lined with paper/cardboard or fabric? thank you for your time** A: The album is lined with paper. This is my second set of albums and they are attractive and sturdy. I highly recommend them and plan to buy more as I take loads of pictures...just went to Ireland and took over 900 but only printed 700 as many were redundant. Going to Japan/Thailand in April so need more albums. You will not be disappointed. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent family albums *by A***P on January 6, 2020* I love these albums.
