I was a bit suspicious of all the 5-star reviews, but I am now writing my own. At first it seemed too light and too thin to do a good job. But it is so far superior to my old cup it didn't take long to become indispensable. The size and dimensions are perfect; exactly what I wanted. Easy to clean and hard to tip over (not so tall and skinny). 500 ml size is just right to comfortably put 16 oz. The squarish shape to the lid seemed strange at first, but I quickly realized that it gives good traction for removing the lid. The notch which holds the plug open also gives a place to push to assist turning the lid. The slight reveal of the lid also makes it easy to grip just the lid alone and not the side of the cup at the same time. If that's not enough, the slight indents on the sides of the cup also improve the grip. All this is important to me since my old cup had to be really tightened down to avoid leaks, which made it hard to remove the lid once the cup cooled. That's all history! This cup does not take much pressure to seal tightly and opens easily. This is cup not bothered by thermal expansion or contraction. The thoughtful design impresses me every time I use it. I did not measure for myself, but I believe the temperature chart in the posting. If you like your coffee blistering hot for a couple of hours, you might wish for a little more insulating power, but the coffee does stay drinkably warm for hours. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Cheap marital. The wall is thinner than yeti and some other named brand yet it costed more..The reason I get it cuz I wanted an all black color cup. It doesn't keep the drinks hot for as long as I want it to, compared to my other similar Starbucks' and other tumblers.Over all the material just feels cheap. Not worthy the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Leaks *by S***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2020* This cup is easy to clean. Decent thermal properties. Leaks however if you tip it sideways... The silicone gasket stretches over time and the lid doesn't seal. Don't think about putting this into your bag or anything like that. With my zojirushi mug I could shake it to mix the contents without it leaking.
