Hasn't worked well for me.
Not super impressed with this bit of kit, in fact, it's retired from my flying setup already. The receiver seems well featured, but the video-out connection is very poor. Instead of the regular 3.5mm TRRS mini jack for video out, they use they the smaller and less common 2.5mm. The poor 2.5mm jack doesn't hold onto the heavy video cable that well. The power connector is also weird, not a common sized barrel jack type connector.I've had trouble with range since day one I bought this kit. I tossed the junk antenna that are included and went with reputable circular-polarized instead. After only 150 meters the signal starts breaking up, but remains usable to about 500 meters. Between 500-600 meters, the video is very bad, it's time to turn around. This is flying at a beach or a large open field, no obstructions. I don't know where they get their boastful 5KM number from, pure hogwash.I tried using a separate diversity receiver, and still can't get much more than 500m from the TX.

This transmitter/receiver combo is fantastic!
The reception is extremely clear, but I have yet to test it's limits. I am using a GoPro for FPV quad-flying along with FatShark Dominators and the image is surprisingly sharp and immersive. Also, the listing says it is recommended that the transmitter run on 3-cell LiPo batteries; well it can also be used on 2-cell LiPo batteries. Using 3-cell tends to make it run too warm. Overall I am very happy with this unit.

at 600 yards the signal break up is pretty bad. I'm would send it back but I ...
Don't buy this...5km range is BS...at 600 yards the signal break up is pretty bad. I'm would send it back but I put this together at work and one of the engineers accidently tossed my boxes in the trash DAMN IT!!!!!!! I'm not giving up I'll just try another unit.
