Shin and Instep is made from an Elasticated Poly cotton material and is padded with EVA foam which has light weight properties and great impact absorption qualities. The Pad is contoured so it hugs the shin and provides a snug fitting to the shin and foot and minimizes movement during contact. The Elasticated material fits comfortably around the leg. Anyone who has ever endured the assorted and painful clashes that can occur while sparring can definitely benefit from shin guards. Extra light carbon fiber Padding ensures optimal durability.

Just what I wanted!
Fits great, its comfortable, and protects my shins and others during my kickboxing class. It's also light weight and doesn't take up much space in my gym bag.

Awesome. Comfortable like socks. Used them for a college kickboxing class and they protect your shins. They do get sweaty though ;)
