This product is working very well at cleaning the artificial grass. The Tools provided are very versatile and easy to use. You just use it like you are cleaning a carpet. It did struggle to pick up some of the leafs but all in all a very good product. It also is very effective at being and indoor domestic vacuum cleaner. Much better than our current model.

It is lightweight, easy to use and does have a good suction power. However, the bend in the tube and the lips on the joins means that leaves and debris easily gets clogged up and found I spent a bit of time having to take it apart and pulling the blockage out again before starting it. But as long as you take this into account it is good value for the money and has a large capacity to collect the rubbish.

I had to write a review because after reading all of the glowing recommendations, as I was convinced to buy after seeing them and I don’t want others to do the same. The suction is honestly the worst I’ve ever seen. I suppose it cant be too powerful as to not suck up the infill but honestly I expected it to be a lot better than it was! I’ve given up using the ‘artificial grass’ attachment (don’t let that lure you into buying this either!!) and now I just use the tube without anything on to suck up anything I can see. This obviously leaves anything which was nestled between the fibres, and takes me a fair few hours for a 35m2 garden. I have to constantly unblock the pipes too as no matter the size of what it’s hoovering it always gets blocked. The storage for this item has to be a joke too. Everything is lose, apart from a few points to attach the attachments, and as far as I can see you just have to throw the cable on the top! Looks very messy and takes up a lot of space this way. Personally, I wish I’d spent a bit more and got something half decent.

Item worked great first time. Then started spilling water from everywhere. Return for repair arranged. Not happy as should have been replaced. Sent back April 26 told return asap this didn't happen. In the end amazon refunded me due to wait. Yesterday 27th July was told item being sent back. U able to contact them item areived today. Different motor unit not able to attach to the housing unit arrived back In a box I would describe as battered. One roll of tape used which didn't work. Item going straight the tip

Been using this for a couple of years now so the product does last. However I think it could do with more suction power. It can suck up water from bottom of hot tub too which is very usefull!

This is a fantastic garden hoover with artificial grass and big trees all around our garden this is a must thing to have

...and blows. Great for those extra dirty cleaning jobs that you might not want to use your general household vacuum cleaner for. Plenty of suction and relatively light weight and easy to use. It will happy suck up the odd leaf, however if the leafs are large and numerous they will block the hose, so quickly blow the leaves into a pile and pick them up before you vacuum the lawn.

Item was brought from Amazon Australia and delivered to Australia with the wrong power cable. Can't find anywhere on site to get item replaced with the correct Australian cable.

Great for keeping our artificial lawn clean and tidy, doesn’t matter if it’s wet or dry

I bought this mainly to vacuum wet floors along with dust, and it simply doesn't have the suction for the job — it struggles to pull up standing water and leaves the surface damp. At 1200W it feels weak for this kind of use. If wet cleaning is your main purpose, look for something rated at least 1600W or higher; this one isn't up to it. It's okay for light dry dust, but overall disappointing.
