These are the best mats! I’ve had one in Taupe for several years in my laundry room and the large stand up clothes steamer is always getting set on the raised lip/edge of this mat and it’s never torn or broken down. They’re very flexible so once you unroll them out of the box they lay perfectly flat. They’re durable, keep the water spills contained and clean up easily. Love it so much I just bought a second one in the color Coffee. Both colors have been true to what’s shown. I also love that they’re a small family business!

Love love love this item. Shipped and received quickly. The quality is definitely there and will be perfect for the bowls for your furries to catch all the dribbles of water and any food items. Keeping my kitchen neat and clean. I also bought another mat for my cooking area. After cutting a watermelon into a shark shape for a party, I realized a mat would have helped with the clean up of this project. I have not tried cutting anything on it yet nor would I without hearing from DogBuddy as to whether or not this is a good idea (the cutting of food items). If not...would you make one? lol Love your dedication to excelence!! This is a good value for the money absolutely and absolutely pet friendly. PS: I put my cutting board inside the mat which was a huge help. =)

This is actually pretty great. It does lay flat, although it was rolled up in transit and one of the edges is bent weird. I’m hoping that fixes itself after a while. It has no odor. It’s definitely waterproof and protects my floors. I have a very messy bulldog so I got the largest size and her whole body fits on the mat when she is eating lol I also got a moisture pad to soak up the water so it doesn’t pool on the mat. (It’s a drying dish pad I think it’s called? Also from Amazon. Her raised bowls are also Amazon… I’ve been shoppin’) One thing I will add tho is that my robot vacuum (a Narwal Freo, his name is Wet Willy) hates it and will get caught on it when he is wet mopping and will need help. I thought the edges of the mat would be stiff enough to steer Willy away but they are really flexible and he just rolls right over it and sucks it up lol I put a no go zone there and have him go around it. Overall 8/10 I would buy this again.

I left a review when I purchased my first mat. Since then I have placed numerous orders for more mats. I own several of these great mats in different sizes for different purposes ( I wish they didn't call them DogBUddy mats since they are so much more!). The 11 x 11 is the perfect-sized place mat for my messy-eater kitty's dining. I love the raised border for keeping the food spillover contained on the mat and it is super easy to rinse clean. I also purchased two larger mats to use as boot trays for the front door area and for the back door. I didn't want the typical black plastic trays (boring!) since my tile floors are almost white and the rug near the back door is a light tan. I wanted boot trays that would compliment and blend as opposed to standing out with standard, run-of-the-mill black boot trays. Being that they are light colored, I wipe them clean when the shoes and boots are not on the trays (who wants to look at dirty trays?!) The great number of size options and color choices in these mats has me thinking... about my plants! They are well made with the silicone being quite substantial, non-slip and 100% waterproof. 5 stars! I highly recommend these mats.

It's nice because it's silicone and durable. I got it for my cat's water fountain, and food bowls to sit on. However, it's a nightmare to clean because it's silicone and everything sticks to it in my experience. It does keep it off the floor because it has raised sides. I got it in the dark brown because my floors are dark brown. It's nice that it rolls up for storage too. It is water resistant and it fits perfectly where I have her bowls and fountain. However, it was a tad bit pricy but it is a small business and I love to support small businesses. I got it for the princess of the house. I spoil her to death so I don't really care how much it cost.

The mat was thicker than I expected, which is great. It's a good size and holds a 2.5 gallon water fountain and two cup dog food bowl easily. Good price, great value. The dog's happy and so am I.

I returned 2 other similar size/style food mats because they claimed to be sturdy/thick material. One came rolled up and the edges never settled properly. In addition to that, the mat was nearly see-through it was so thin. The second was off in size and the ridges kept the bowl setup from remaining flat/still. The moment I saw this was delivered flat and not rolled, I got excited. Sure enough, this is the thickness of a food mat for one of my cats (who eats wet food) that I had been searching for. It's the perfect size and the darker gray color goes great with the other gray tones in the room. Cleans up easily enough just with soap & warm water in the sink, although they say you can put it in the dishwasher - shouldn't be needed. The food bowl setup that we have doesn't move, so that's also great. Very happy with this purchase and I'd recommend to anyone needing a small mat for a smaller space or just a one bowl setup like we have.

I bought this DogBuddy silicone mat to put under my cat's water fountain, and it's been an excellent purchase. The size and shape work perfectly for catching splashes and drips, which means no more wet floor or food bits scattered everywhere around the feeding area. The quality is excellent. The silicone feels solid, has a nice raised edge that actually contains spills (instead of letting them escape onto the floor), and it's super easy to clean. A quick wipe or rinse and it looks brand new. Honestly, no cons to speak of. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, looks clean and minimal in the space, and saves a lot of cleanup time on a daily basis. Would I recommend it? Yes, you need it. Whether you have a cat, a dog, or any pet with a tendency to make a mess around their bowls or fountain, this mat is a small investment that solves a daily annoyance instantly.

Muy grande y no tan fácil de limpiar

I use this mat for my cat. I had a door mat for her food bowl and water and her claws constantly got stuck in the fabric. She overturned the water, which ruined my carpet. So this more solid mat is a brilliant item, as my cat cannot dislodge it. I am most pleased with the purchase.

The mat appears to be quite sturdy, and I'm quite pleased with the light grey color. However, it arrives rolled in a tube, which has caused some minor deformation along the sides, making them not perfectly straight but slightly bulged. Given the price, I had hoped for a flawless product. I initially expected the mat to regain its original shape over time, but unfortunately, it hasn't. Nevertheless, it still serves its purpose effectively and maintains its overall quality.
