When mixing with a lotion what would be the ratio?

I just used it as an oil. But if you do mix I would do 3/4 lotion 1/4 oil

Can it be put in a spray bottle to spray on in the shower?

Sure. It is a little more thin than some other bath oils, so should work and not clog in a spray bottle. I would just be very careful not to spray too much onto the tub/shower floor to create a fall hazard! Good luck.

Is this oil good for lip scrub?

This is a massage oil. Has a great drag and works very well. I can’t answer any questions for the lip scrub
