Very effective! Far better than anything else that I have tried. However be careful not to exceed the stated maximum dose. I did this the first time that I used it, and let's say that visits to the loo were too frequent for a few days until the effect wore off.

Rather Disappointing
Same trusty and trusted product rather less for more in price which is too steep. Supplier had taken some effort with packing but as usual parcel was dumped on step by delivery person in pouring rain without even bothering to ring the bell. So delivery scores no points at all!

Helps Constipation Quickly
While traveling in Scotland, we had a problem with constipation. Phamacist at Boots recommended a couple of teaspoonfuls of this a day to help us and it worked very well. So we're keeping it on hand back home.
