This took care of the problem. **Q: If I connect this to a digital tv, how can I access the channel guide?** A: Only if TV Guide is part of your tv menu. I have a Samsung Smart TV and the antenna grants access to the TV Guide. **Q: cannot receive any signal inside at the back of my home.** A: I don't remember if I gave this product 1 or 0 stars. Hopefully it was zero. I received 6-8 stations witha 30 year old beat-up antenna that I found in my attic and only 2 with this "pretty" piece of junk. If so, will it still get all the channels?** A: This has good range , but you will still need a converter box to convert from analog to HD TV ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Believe this review! *by A***O on March 5, 2014* I know somebody that can not afford cable right now, so i bought this for them hoping that they can get some free TV. i read other reviews and thought they were probably stretching the truth a little. i did a lot of research on expensive and inexpensive and decided on this one. It claimed it was 1080hp picture quality, witch i did not believe and i would probably get channels 2 through 13 and i would be ok with it. Once we hooked it up and adjusted the TV to air antenna and programmed the TV to locate available channels on air antenna we turned it on and moved the Lava around and the antennas around, just playing with it to see what the TV likes best. I have to say i was very impressed, we received 40 channels and could get others if we moved it around for even more. the most impressive thing was the picture quality, i am used to the old rabbit ears from when i was a kid and all you got was Mexican channels and a lot of snow and hiss sounds. The HD channels on this thing looked better than my cable companys HD quality. This is a no brainer for the price, for the money dollar for dollar best thing i ever bought. FOR SURE! ### ⭐ Not has not been worth any money to me *by S***L on March 10, 2012* I have had this for nearly 2 months. I can not say anything good about the unit other than unit arrived promptly. That was the extent of the good news.The reason I purchased was partly reviews and the power (super low noise amplifier) that supposedly would enhance the signal. I know where the HD towers are located in Denver. Knowing this the antenna features with the list price seemed worth the cost.Ok what is wrong. The manual shows only hook up. The instructions on the outside of box. They consist of how to hook up the antenna. Being on first floor of building I thought the the power would help. Being on sale was a plus.Lets see, I never found any value in the super low noise amplifier. It was totally insensitive. In fact I got most channels without the power on. It never helped with weak signal. If signal breaking up using amplifier did not help. When using power it showed no indication that was helping except red light came on (wow) and as you turned power knob it got brighter green. When relocating the only thing we have gotten is frustration.On the amplifier power feature. I said only lights. Well if you move the power knob, pause about 10 seconds you may get changed results. It takes time to adjust. It is not automatic as you turn power. MUST pause for about 10 seconds to see if any change. This was main reason to buy and feature has no value that I could ascertain in 2 months use.Then one of the ears broke off today. The metal used on the ears is really thin cheap. I guess since still getting most channels we do watch, I will go buy cheap antenna. I could over 2 months discover any added value for the super low noise amplifier. Maybe is some information were provided it would have been helpful. If you have good clear line of sight probably do not need the super low noise amplifier. I get same reception now with one ear. Make your choice but I can not recommend this unit at all. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Better reception but........ *by S***A on February 3, 2013* This antennae was very easy to connect. The reception has improved and static has decreased. However I still am not able to receive a couple of local channels. This is disappointing.
