Not the best made

It looks very good in my room. Colors are as bright as shown in the commercial pictures.I would have expected some parts to be more stable but doesn't seem to be an issue for now.Great product overall

I have been battling to assemble the product without much success. The assembly is difficult.

It's ok - if it was £20 I would say you get what you pay for but it cost double that. Paint finish is poor, wood used to make is low quality and although it was easy to construct the overall appearance is "meh".If there were an alternative I would return it but needs must - it fits the space and serves a purpose.

Product overall is reasonable especially for the price. Was a little shorter than anticipated and not as sturdy as would have hoped to hold a suit. Saying that, it does the job so overall happy

Its ok, easy to assemble, a good size and does the job well but is not the most robust

I didn't like the way you have to assemble it. Most of the things that had to be attached to each other didn't fit properly because the wood was crooked here and there. So I had to use quite a lot of force to make the bolts go in to be able to get something that is not entirely useless and unstable. Also, one of the holes in which one of the small round wood parts in the middle had to be put, wasn't fully empty (the hole was half full of something I think must have been paint that dripped in and dried out). When I tried to get rid of this to be able to put the small part in in the hole, part of it broke off, so I now have an ugly exposed (not black anymore, cause you can see the wood now) part as well, while the hole was barely still strong enough to hold the part that goes in it. While in first instance I thought I just had to live with this and didn't want to go to the trouble of sending it back, I kind of regret this now. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I was looking forward to using a compact, yet tall and elegant valet (based on the description of this product), but my expectations were curbed upon unboxing the parcel today. The rods are ALL unequal in size, caliber and (even) curvature, whereas they are supposed to be straight.. and in fact identical.On top of being a clear sign of poor finish, this makes the valet wonky on its basis (depending on which rod you end up using there), and makes the front and back stands badly aligned (i.e. not parallel). This can be partially improved by tightening the pieces well, but this is not advisable to screw too much given the poor quality of the pressed wood.The risks of damage were at least "avoided", since the valet arrived with damages of its own. Almost every single piece of the valet came with minor damages (abrasions, flakes). I am thus strongly considering a return.The design itself, however, is as expected: sober and elegant. But the finish is a joke. My conclusion is simple: don't make the same mistake that I did, and avoid this valet.
