Is this safe for dyed/colored hair?

Absolutely NOT!!! It will strip hair of all moisture and color. I stopped using after 1 use. It is not sulfate free.

Can it be used daily?

Love this shampoo, has helped with my itchy scalp and does a great job cleaning my hair. You can use it as often as you like.

Is this really super drying? Will it make tightly coiled hair tangled or look too frizzy?

Not drying at. Softens moisturizes and detangles. Smells nice as well.
