Is it possible to receive my machine in less than 7 days?

Yes it is. I opted for the 2-day delivery because I needed it ASAP. But the express shipping cost a lot more, about $30 (I think), yikes, but I was on a deadline so I had to spring for it. The package arrived right on time and in perfect condition.

Is this stereo or mono?

This is mono. All microcassette units are mono.

Can you replace the foot pedal so I can return the broken one? I used the first dictaphone, so know how to use.

Foot pedal should be returned for a similar. I'd use the same brand to be safe.

Is there a foot peddle for the panasonic RR930 transcription machine besides the one that comes with it?

Sorry, I don't know if there are any other compatible foot pedal options -- I have only used the pedal that comes with with the machine, which had worked fine for me.
