Anyone used this on brick walls horizontal & vertical to repair mortar preventing water penetration due to cracked mortar?

Yes. For me has worked with cracks in our bricks. Works well with other types of concrete. Have used it for Pavers up against the house.

Can this be used as a caulk between the concrete patio and house concrete foundation to keep water away?

Exactly what I used it for and the color match was decent enough not to look to bad. Have image will try and load somewhere, since they won’t allow you to here.

We have a 5" narrow crack in the cement basement floor that slowly, but continuously, seeps water. Can we still use this product?

Wrong product. This is when you want the crack filler (available in quart bottle). You want to squeeze as much into the crack as possible. That said, given that it's continuously seeping water, you have hydrostatic pressure on the other side of that floor, and you need to deal with that or you will never have a permanent solution. This involves things like french drains and sump pumps. It is very common when water is flowing underground by your house.

Can I use it to fill/repair the gap around the toilet flange?

I am not sure if this would work for filling gap at toilet flange. I used it to seal cracks in patio.
