I am undecided as to which machine would be best....Rug Doctor Portable spot cleaner or Bissel Spot cleaner professional portable Model 3624

I just had to return the rug doctor portable machine. The plug is for use in the UK not compatible in the US. The machine is rated for use with 230-240 volts 50 Hz. US electric supplies 110-120 volts 60 Hz.

What is the difference between the rug doctor portable and the bissell spotclean portable

I’m deciding this moment which to buy… I think this helps make my decision. I’ve had 3 portable Bissell machines in four years and I bought the upright heated Bissell less than a year ago for close to $300. My 3rd portable broke last night, the hose cracked on all 3. My upright is now leaking dirty water whenever I try to use it. I’ve had my shark steam mop and my shark vacuum, both one purchase, for over 4 years each and going strong. The rug doctor is known for quality Bissell is know for affordable. I’ve made the decision thanks to this thread. Quality wins every time. Rug doctor is a go!
