Delicious and creamy! I would definitely buy again even though it's expensive.

Nut butters apart from cheap peanut can be expensive, but was glas I took the plunge and ordered this good value 1kg tub. The khaki green colour is a little offputting at first and reminded me of the contents of a newborn's nappy. The taste is fantastic though and I have found it a lot less oily than other nut butters I have tried, even though it sat for a few weeks before I opened it, it didn't take much mixing. Although pistachios are most commonly sold roasted and salted, this butter is surprisingly sweet, I even persuaded a colleague to try it and she was instantly looking it up ready to make her own order for a tub. I love it on oaty biscuits, although my original plan was to use it to make the filling for macarons, I haven't yet done this. Will definitely reorder this when it is getting a bit low - delicious.

This pistachio butter is an excellent product with a thick, rich texture and a savoury taste complemented by a slight natural sweetness from the roasting process rather than added sugar. It’s clearly high quality, with no excess oiliness and a satisfying, dense mouthfeel. The natural colour also reflects its purity and lack of artificial additives. Perfect for those who appreciate a true pistachio flavor. Highly recommended! I use it for spreading, cooking, baking and confectionary. It can be used as a peanut butter alternative that pairs well with sliced apple for a healthy snack. I will be using it to make the viral “Dubai chocolate.”

Taste-wise this is great. I like pistachios a lot but avoid them often as I am a bit sensitive to the flakey skins, so was worried about this one and thought my family may get to enjoy it while I give it a miss. I am happy to report I tried it and was fine. That said I still don't think these flakey skins were cleaned off very well before the nuts were turned to butter. I seem to see small bits and the overall color is nothing like the pictures (it's brown/beige) with basically no hint of green. There may be a reason for it and this may be completely normal but I still would like to know why the product in the advertised pictures looks notably different and green. The taste I cannot complain about: very satisfying. Now if a green-looking, better-shelled version of pure pistachio butter existed it would be the one for me.

This product is 100% pure pistachio, without all the nasty additives found in some pistachio cream products sold elsewhere. I love it mixed into porridge or on top of yoghurt with berries and granola in the morning. It's also the perfect product for pistachio desserts because unlike the cream version sold elsewhere it contains no additives or sugar which means I get to control the amount of sugar in my recipes and it won't alter the sweetness of the dessert. I've used it very successfully as an ingredient to make pistachio creme patissière for choux buns, pistachio ganache, pistachio frangipane, cookies, in various pistachio flavoured cakes, and in a pistachio version of Tres Leches cake. It's a great product for bakers to use to enhance the natural flavour and colour of pistachio in their desserts, and for anyone who just loves the authentic taste of pistachio.

Very tasty and delicious

First of all, this pistachio butter doesn't taste like pistachio . Mind you, it's not a bad taste but as I hard as I tried I couldn't feel the taste of pistachio. Maybe it's because of the roasting? In any case, the photos are misleading. This pistachio butter is not green. It's brown. The beautiful green you see on the photo is photoshop made. It's very dishonest. I bought their cashew nuts butter. It is the colour of cashew and it tastes like cashew. Something went wrong with their pistachio butter. In any case, I will not buy from this company anymore as I really dislike companies which mislead consumers. If this wasn't so expensive I would order it again just to double check the colour. Be sure you want it before ordering because this product is not eligible for return as I've just found out.

Its a good value for the amount, but I am unsure about the flavour. It is ok, but there is a bitterness to it in on the tongue even when mixed in e.g. a plant milk drink even with honey or maple sirup. I am still experimenting with it, but not sure this is how it should taste like.
