The image is printed, and not a separate image which is "ironed on" like some cheaply-made products that are floating on here, that risk peeling over time.Fit was good, and fairly well represents the size chart that is shown. A note though, in case it is not obvious from the manufacturer's images, the shorts do not have a pull-string to tighten with, so if that could be an issue for you, it is something to watch out for.The material on the tag does not match what is listed in the description (polyester + spandex). What I received says: 82% polyamide, 18% elastane (of course, both are misspelled on the tag :) ).While elastane is spandex, polyamide is not polyester. The polyamide, if truly so (who knows what the truth is anymore), like I mentioned does seem to feel better against the skin than polyester would, however it is to be seen whether it will hold up as well. Polymides (eg. nylon) are generally not as moisture repellant, they absorb slightly more water, compared to polyester, so that is another thing you may or may not be concerned about.That said, even though it was not exactly what I was expecting and the price was more than I am comfortable with, overall, it held up well for initial use and was satisfactory. With a little extra care (probably want to avoid washing/drying in high heat), I expect it will do well, but I'll update my review if that changes.There's isn't an option for 4.5 stars - but that's about where I would've been. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks good. It turns out that it probably runs a little on the small side. It was quite snug for my 8-year old who is nearly a 5-footer even though I got the size meant for 10-11 year olds. So I’ll suggest going a size or two up depending on the build of your child.
