I needed a primer without sunscreen and that wouldn't cause breakouts on my skin ( I'm 51 but people think I am in my mid- thirties) and I still get pimples?! Crazy!!! I love the natural ingredients and it works. I have hot flashes and get very hot and sweat my make up off but this product keeps it in place and no breakouts. The smell is bearable and wears off. It satisfies without drying out your skin and the price is very competitive.

It is not very smooth and leaves full make up feel. I was looking for a cleaner, less heavy look.

I have searched high and low for a good primer to go under my base/make up. I have very sensitive skin and it can easily break out or get a rash depending on creams.. This cream does not do either. My skin is a little more dry, so it helps to moisturize it before putting on my foundation/base so that my make up doesn’t look dried out. I really like this face cream!

I’ve tried putting this on 3 times & every time it irritates my skin really bad & makes my eyes water. It causes a burning sensation. I’m trying to get a refund & it’s proving to be a huge hassle. It also causes a greasy/slippery texture on my skin that makes my foundation come right off. I normally love products from this company but this is a definite NO. Very disappointing in all ways.

I don't wear makeup often but use a mattifyer for a clearer complexion. the smell is so so and I cannot see the difference after applying

I was looking for a new make up primer/ moisturizer because my current one was being discontinued (why do they do that!?😭) So I did some research, found this and took a chance. I am happy with the product. It does exactly what it is advertised to do: goes on smoothly, dries nicely, thick enough to feel the coverage but not so thick that it clogs your pores. To address another review that mentioned scent: yes, it has a specific scent but it's more like a non-perfumed, natural scent of the ingredients instead of an added scent. The scent does go away once dry. I also try to find products that don't have a lot of chemicals (almost impossible these days), and use the Yuka app to check ratings. This product has a Yuka rating of 93/100 which is considered excellent as far as having little to no harmful chemicals. If you're on the fence, give it a try, it's inexpensive, good for your skin, and does a great job moisturizing and prepping your skin for foundation.

It's pretty much magic. As you can see, I'm a male, and the only "makeup" I've experimented with is CC Cream because my face is usually uneven and pale. I'm an avid fan of Shea Moisture, and discovered their CC Cream (thank you "Porcelain"), and then came across THIS. I didn't even really know what I was buying, but I'm in love with it now. The first picture, of my shiny face, is me wearing Niacinamide and Shea Moisture's Coconut Priming Glow Moisturizer. The second you spread the primer the glow disappears. Honestly looks better in person.

I'm so glad I found this facial moisturizer. Non greasy formula with all natural ingredients! What more can you ask for! Not to mention - a little bit goes a long way!
