Works great for sedation and anxiety but don't take too much
It really does calm you down when you have anxiety or want to be sedated or sleep but if you take too much it has the opposite effect. It will make you feel restless and nervous. A lot of homeopathic medicines have this effect. I think it's the nightshades. Not sure if this is a nightshade.
