Gone bad in a year
Updating the review to 5 stars for now. I disconnected the battery, waited 30 sec and re-connected. No more beeping from FIOS ONT. it looks like FIOS programmed the ONT to start beeping in about 12-13 mounts regardless of battery condition. I read this in another review. So we will see when the battery fails. I installed the battery in Sept. 2020.Original review: I bought this battery to replace the battery in a FIOS box. The original battery that came with FIOS box lasted for 8 years. This battery lasted just over a year. Now the FIOS box keeps beeping to remind me that battery needs replacing. Poor value.
