ExcelSteel 579 3 Piece Boiler, 2.5 quart, Stainless Steel

Always need/want a double boiler but try to get by. Saw this one and took a chance. It is perfection. Very sturdy and works perfectly!

It’s a double boiler. As long as you use it for that, it’s fine. Don’t think you are getting a pot to be used as anything else.

Worked great, I used it to denature the protien in my milk before making homemade yogurt, it has to cook at 180° for 20 minutes w/o scorching. And this pan delivered. Can't beat the price for the value. Very happy with my purchase

Fantastic for making hot sauce been using for a while and it still looks brand new. It’s great for small batches.

Very thin pans, they work, but won’t be long lasting. I would not purchase them again.

Great price and it works perfectly for what I want to do, melting chocolate for cakes, gelatin to make gummies.
