Great product, but choose the right durability for your personality
I gave it five stars because it probably would meet the needs of a normal person in the market for something like this. I’m the outlier. It lasted me all of two weeks before I chewed a hole through it. I’m going to get something stronger. I used to take water bottle caps and chew on those until they were completely flattened. Then I chew the dental floss pits until they were torn apart. I’m probably full of microplastics from doing all that. When I found out about this item from Ark I was relieved to know there was a product that could help me not only protect my teeth, but reduce my exposure to micro plastics.

Great alternative to chewing on toys and fingernails
My child is growing in his first set of big boy molars. And while I know they dont hurt coming in like the baby teeth do when their babies... I can still see this just, in general, feeling good to chew on. My son realized he was getting them in and told us himself. He likes to chew on toys and his nails period. And I'd rather him have something appropriate to chew on instead of things that he shouldn't. I was a nail biter myself growing up. Nothing my mom did got me to stop. I had to over come that myself. And I finally did in my 20s. I'm sure my boy will also overcome it himself too. Im just happy I can provide him an alternative to biting his own nails like I did. I bit them bad, sometimes to the quick and the skin and cuticles around my nails were in really bad shape for a long time...they kinda are still messed up even now in my 30s. But it is what it is. If this can help kiddo not damage his nails and cuticles as bad as I did then I will keep vetting these for him until he no longer wants or needs them

The best
This teal one is the perfect mid between the hard purple and the super squishy magenta. My daughter got this one last September right before our cross country move from California to Kentucky and it lasted just about a year before showing wear. She favors this one over the others and she wears it constantly. I know it's not recommend to leave it on all the time but for her it's necessary. I shorted the string so it doesn't hang and touch things while she is out or become a choking hazard while playing and I tie the knots on both sides to keep it centered so the weight of it keeps it from moving around and her chewing the safety clasp. The clasp on the first crystal was completely destroyed in just a few days from her chewing it since the crystal would migrate to the back and float around and after being chewed up it didn't work to keep it secure so I had to keep it knotted in the back so it wouldn't fall off. The side knots work great for keeping it centered though. She's had this new one for about a month now and with making the side knots she hasn't tried to bite the plastic and she can use it as a safety clasp. I don't know why the newer one is smaller, maybe from her just chewing so much on the first one and it's full of drool lol Im not sure but it's still great. ARK is by far our favorite brand for our sensory seeking just turned 5 yo daughter and this crystal shaped one is cute enough to look like just a fun necklace and not a chew toy on a string that looks like a giant teether. We have tried a few different reputable companies for oral chewers and this one is awesome.

Durable and Stylish Chew Necklace!
I got this ARK Krypto-Bite XXT Chew Necklace for my cousin's son, and it's been fantastic! The lavender color is beautiful, and the necklace is just as tough as advertised—definitely "extra extra tough." It holds up well to chewing, and he can wear it throughout the day without worrying about it breaking or getting damaged. It's soft on the teeth, providing a satisfying chew without being too hard on his jaw. Plus, the design is stylish enough to wear every day, making it a great sensory tool that looks good too. If you need something durable, functional, and comfortable for chewing, this is a great option!

They are not lasting as much anymore
My autistic kid likes to bite on these. They've been highly recommended to us by both her dentist, as well as other parents of autistic children. When the kiddo started with these, I bought softer ones. I soon realized weneedes stronger ones. Now we are all the way to the super strong ones. They are no longer lasting as long as they used to. The purple one lasted only 3 days. Kiddo was using these at school and quite extensively. The blue one lasted a few weeks but with more infrequent use. I'm starting to be frustrated as they are not cheap and they are not lasting. And it's either thr chewies as we call them, or biting nails. Kiddo stopped biting nails when we started to by these. I don't want my child to go back to citing nails. I'll try other models and I'd they keep lasting as short as these ones did, I'm going to have to try a different brand. To summarize, if very strong amd constant chewer, they may not last you that long. I'd say avoid the ones that can be wore like a necklace. They seem to be weak where the hole for the lanyard is. And unfortunately, my kid keeps biting them there. We'll have to stick to the non-jewelry kind.

8 year old loves it!
My 8 year old would always have her fingers, hair or clothing in her mouth, especially when concentrating on school work and such. With this necklace, she's proud to wear it like jewelry and I can wipe it down and I know she's not putting germs from everything she's touched in her mouth.

Good strong chew
The best chew toys I have found for sensory seekers with a strong bite. We have tried many many chews before which have been bitten through almost straight away, we are over a month in and no signs of wear yet. Also impeccable service From the amazon store these come from

As a 35 year old, currently going through the ASD diagnosis process I find this chew great. It is one of only a few chews available that is shaped in a way that can be chewed on by the back teeth. I find it discreet and has also helped me to give up vaping

Useful for chewing without looking like a baby toy.
Our daughter chews everything, pens, pencils, furniture, books etc. This has given her a useful outlet for it and it looks pretty cool.
