It has large buttons, a hearing booster and the base has 4 speed dial areas that can have pictures of the contact person. This makes it so easy for visual and hearing issues. I also LOVE the smart call blocker! I clear 15-20 calls a day that never rang through because they were "unknown" or "unavailable." That is a true blessing!Downside: The batteries seem to get low often. When that happens, the display gets a little weird. It shows full charge but I pull the batteries and put them back in and it shows low battery. It resets the display at that point.
