Why does mine have a hole on the bottom which causes it to leak

It shouldn’t have a hole. Your product is defective.

Do the holy water come with it

No. I am a priest and I bless the Holy Water myself.I have not used this sprinkler because it does not seal completely. It leaks so that I cannot carry it with me in my pocket.
