Does it come with a strap or way to carry it?

No. Unfortunately there is no carrying strap or anything like that included w/this mat.

Yes, it is slippery. That was my experience. It is especially slippery in downward dog and plank. I've had it for months and it still feels slippery. Other than that, I like the mat very much.

Is this mat made in China?

Yes, says right on the packaging.

How to clean the mat?

I haven't washed this one yet. But usually I wash my mats in the washer machine with a couple of towels on top so it doesn't float.
