Pleasantly surprised - once you plug in bases and sit in phones to charge they automatically register to base. I remember previously having to register each handset (long time ago) Once charged I only then connected to phone line. I increased column to max (5) choose desired ring (all in settings) so easy - and that was it. Ring tone is loud enough without being too loud and there are 3 phones! Once I put some numbers into directory took a few minutes to figure how I could save list to otherold phones - once I found it - easy! I love these phones - hassle free!

Still waiting for a replacement hand set or a partial refund as only 2 out of the 3 work

Great compact phone set. Easy to set-up. The only problem that I find is that you can't do last number re-dial, but that may be just me can't figure it out. I don't use the answer-phone service as I have this already with Virgin. I recommend.

Have found these to be very user friendly. You have to study the instructions carefully (and they are quite small to read) but despite what some others have said there are lots of features you can adjust such as ringer loudness and speaker volume. All in all very good value for money and really pleased with them.
