I absolutely love Sam Edelman and have several of his sandals. These missed the mark. I first ordered a 7.5 because all my sandals from this brand are. When I got them, they were way too big. My feet were just swimming in them. So I returned it and got a 7 instead (which is my normal size across brands). And somehow... they were still too big! The straps were too loose still, which is not an issue I usually have. I have somewhat narrow feet, but I still thing they're average width. The length was true to size, but the straps weren't. So I've given up at this point because a 6.5 would just look short and ridiculous. Such a shame!! I was so excited about these and planned on using them nearly every day for work if they had worked out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sometimes the Brand name matters. *by C***I on Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2018* I LOVE THESE SANDALS. I love this style but I didn't want to pay much for it especially since everyone seems to be making something similar. I tried Sanuks since they're known to make comfortable sandals. The footbed was super comfortable but they would not stay on my feet (a common issue a lot of people complained about). Then I tried Target. A lot of people were talking about Targets sandals being super comfortable and good quality. Nope! I finally got these and well worth the money. They're my go-to sandals. Looks good with pretty much anything I wear and super comfortable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Iffy sizing but very cute *by H*** on Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2020* I normally wear a 7 in sneakers/boots and a 6.5 wide in sandals and flats, occasionally a 6W (since those styles all seem to be made for people with insanely skinny feet and no arches...). Bought a 6.5 W based on reviews (Saying true to size, so I’m normally 6.5W in sandals) and the provided size chart (in inches) These fit more like a 6W. My heel is very close to hanging off the back (my foot measures 9 inches in length) Foot still goes over the sides slightly (my foot is 3.2 inches at its widest point). Straps are a little tight but hoping they will loosen with wear (there is a small elastic slit towards the bottom of the shoe so there is a small amount of stretch with walking, but not much). If you’re a truly wide shoe size, I would order up a half size. I would require a 7W in these and normally 7W in other shoes I’ve tried is so big it falls off my foot. Quality is great.
