Help! What size for a guy 5’11”, 36” waist, 192 lbs? Don’t want tight crotch. Thx!

I am 5’8”/waist 27/125lb. I just bought Size S as per chart. I regretted keeping it. The bike shorts are extremely tight at the thighs. I was hoping that after wearing and washing it will stretch out a little but unfortunately did not.
