do i have to use the tigi shampoo and conditioner with this or can I use my own?

You can use your own shampoo and conditioner and use this separately, however, if your hair is very damaged I highly recommend the TiGI shampoo and conditioner. I bleached by hair summer 2020 and these products dramatically improved the condition of my hair. Great product!!

Does this product have a smell? What does it smell like?

It’s smell reminds me of honey almost. It looks like honey too. It has a gel-like slimy consistency and it’s like an amber brown-ish color

How often can be the treatment applied ?

Once a month it’s a protein treatment. Too much protein can cause the hair to break and become weak.

can I keep product in my hair for an hour ?

Yes - I've left it on a long time. it doesn't damage your hair
