Don't go to the Auto parts store!!!
This was a little tricky to figure out that this part was the problem but once we figured it out, it was so easy to replace.Don't go to Oreilys or Autozone. We went looking for this exact same part & we were told it was $300 dollars!!! But they could have it by tomorrow 😁Nooooo way! I was in shock. We left the store & I got on Amazon & found the exact same part we needed for twenty dollars...Got it delivered & we put it on that night and it worked perfectly! No problem putting it on or anything.Will forever love Amazon because I can find whatever I need.

Easy install. Some vehicles do use different type of connections, so before ordering remove from your headlight and compare just to be on the safe side.

Total misrepresentation as "compatible". In fact, AND of the various vendors selling these on Amazon and holding themselves out a Lincoln Town Car compatible are all hawking the same product with different labels. As for the company telling you NOT to return the product and to text 797979 with the word "help17" for resolving the problem "ASAP"...I'm still waiting. This gets returned today. They sent a 2 pin unit (theirs on bottom-my Osram on top) while my unit is 3 pins, and skinny ones at that. No way will this mount in the car and the receptacle (female) will not accept the male plug. Total waste of my time and effort. Someone else with a Lincoln Navigator had the same issue. No idea what the motivation is to send something that clearly will not work.

FIXED MY ISSUE
I had a flickering HID headlight issue. The previous owner had the wrong ballast installed with some wire harness adapter to plug it in. It would work for a few minutes and then flicker and stop working altogether. This replacement ballast fixed my issue. So far so good. Easy install on my Lincoln Town Car. Video on YouTube guided me. I also crossed referenced the OEM number as well as using Amazon's vehicle information. $33 fixed my issue that could have been in the hundreds through a dealer.
